The Tactical Battery Warming System is a rugged, field-deployable solution engineered to maintain battery performance in extreme cold environments. Designed for dismounted and vehicle-based operations, the system ensures batteries remain at safe, effective operating temperatures—crucial for mission-critical power in sub-zero conditions.

Capable of supporting up to 8 x BB2590 batteries and 16 x handheld tactical radio batteries, the system also features configurable options for high capacity UAS and drone batteries, making it suitable for multi-role tactical use.
The system features an integrated, user-defined temperature control unit, allowing operators to program and maintain precise internal temperatures for specific battery types. Even when operating in ambient temperatures as low as -40°C, the system keeps internal temperatures at optimal levels for safe charging and storage. When external power sources are unavailable, the system can operate autonomously using a dedicated internal battery, enabling full functionality in isolated or early entry scenarios.
